Warehouse Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Inspection:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect items for damages.
• Ensure accuracy in recording received products and reconcile any discrepancies.

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain organized and efficient storage of products.
• Perform routine inventory counts and update records in our inventory management system.

1. Order Picking and Packing:

• Accurately pick items from storage for customer orders.
• Carefully pack products, ensuring they are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.

1. Quality Control:

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and report any defects.
• Implement quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing items.

1. Warehouse Organization:

• Keep the warehouse clean and well-organized.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

1. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory counts.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing orders.

1. Safety:

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to ensure the efficient flow of products through the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to meet customer requirements.
