We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at a leading real estate group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual contentboth static and animatedthat effectively showcases our properties and supports our branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual content including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, presentations, and signage.
• Create engaging motion graphics and promotional videos for digital campaigns, social media, and property listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate design concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and campaigns.
• Work on 3D visuals or virtual tours (optional but preferred).
• Optimize visual content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, etc.).
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry.

Requirements:

• 23 years of proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics, preferably in real estate or marketing agencies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and motion projects.
• Excellent sense of design, color theory, layout, and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Experience with UI/UX or basic web design is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering tools is an added advantage.

Working Hours:

Full-time 6 working days per week (Monday to Saturday)

Willingness to support events or property exhibitions if needed.

Salary:

• Up to AED 8,000/month (Based on experience and qualifications)
