Job Overview:

Aardys Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant with 1+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, particularly in off-plan project sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and confidence in front of the camera for video marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers across Dubai
• Generate leads, follow up, and close deals efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
• Create and share engaging property videos for social media and marketing platforms
• Stay updated on current market trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a property consultant in Dubai
• Proven track record in off-plan sales and closing deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable and confident in creating video content for listings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Presentable, proactive, and client-focused
• Own car and valid UAE driving license (preferred)
