User Experience Designer (Events)
Job Description
A multi-disciplinary Creative Lead with a strong background in experiential and event design, who also brings solid capabilities across graphic design, UI/UX, and creative storytelling. You will drive conceptual thinking, visual development, and pitch-winning creative for projects that span brand experiences, digital activations, and immersive environments.
This is a hands-on role for a hybrid thinker someone who can ideate big ideas, design beautifully, and present with clarity and conviction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead concept development for experiential campaigns, brand activations, and events.
Translate creative strategy into visual concepts, storyboards, and presentation decks.
Collaborate with strategy, design, digital, and production teams to bring ideas to life.
Design layouts, UI mockups, and visual assets using Figma, Adobe CC, and Keynote.
Build compelling keynote presentations with strong narrative flow and visual polish.
Guide creatives and freelancers to align with the creative vision.
Bring motion ideas to life with After Effects or work closely with animators to direct.
Contribute to internal pitches, RFPs, and client presentations with speed and clarity.

Qualifications:
Atleast 2 years of experience in a creative role, ideally within experiential, events, or branding.
Strong design portfolio showcasing experience in events, activations, UI/UX, and brand work.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and Keynote.
Experience with iconography systems, design systems, and layout hierarchy.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Team player with leadership potential, and a keen eye for detail.
Bonus if youve worked in 3D or have familiarity with motion design pipelines.

Experience working with experiential tech (AR/VR, installations).
Understanding of production and fabrication processes in events.
Ability to sketch or wireframe ideas quickly.
