Position Overview

Specialist Compensation & Benefits will be Responsible for the effective execution and administration of all compensation & benefits section activities such as implementing and managing the compensation and benefits programs, conducting analyses, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional service to employees regarding their compensation and benefits inquiries.

Position Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities as Specialist Compensation & Benefits will include the following:

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in compensation processes
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, incentives, and other offerings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Prepare reports on compensation and benefits metrics for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining job descriptions and salary grades, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Participate in job evaluation processes to ensure equitable and competitive compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and trends to recommend improvements.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including data collection and analysis.
  • Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to benchmark offerings against market standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives for compensation and benefits programs based on feedback and industry trends.
  • Perform other duties as required by upper management

Position Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you should have
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as agricultural science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience,
  • Strong Excel & analyses skills
