Job summary

The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system, which involves work order management, material planning, project progress reporting, and more.

• ERP support: Provide day-to-day technical support for users of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, IFS, and CRM) in areas such as work order management, material planning, and time recording.
• Issue resolution: Identify and resolve system issues or errors by providing timely and accurate solutions. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
• System monitoring: Monitor system performance and logs to proactively identify and troubleshoot potential problems.
• Work order management support: Assist with the management of work orders, including issue tracking, allocation, and status updates.
• Material planning support: Help with the creation and management of material requests, tracking inventory, and ensuring accurate material allocations.
• Project accounting assistance: Provide support for project accounting modules, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting of financials.
• Reporting: Assist in generating and maintaining reports for project progress, time recording, and financial status to ensure that stakeholders have accurate data for decision-making.
• User support: Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and end-user training as required.
• System documentation: Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and process flows for reference and continuous improvement.
• Continuous improvement: Suggest process improvements or system enhancements that may streamline operations, increase efficiency, or resolve recurring issues.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in supporting ERP systems, preferably in the production and operations modules (work order management, material planning, project accounting, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Fusion, IFS, and CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle/MS-SQL - SQL/PL/SQL programming, database concepts.
• Understanding of ERP processes such as material management, work order management, and project progress reporting.
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Excel).
• Familiarity with system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and users at all levels.
• Attention to detail: Ability to work with complex systems and large sets of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet project goals.

• Experience with time recording and project accounting modules.
• Basic understanding of ITIL best practices or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of integration with other systems or applications within the production and operations environment.
