The Projects Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex construction and real estate projects, ensuring adherence to time-lines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project planning, execution, and closeout, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Description
General Responsibilities- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement robust quality assurance and document control systems.
- Proactively resolve delays in coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress and address issues.
- Review contractor claims, ensure legal and contractual compliance, and maintain updated progress documentation.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly project reports, including cash flow forecasts.
- Evaluate project briefs and contribute to defining project scope and objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate design development phases in collaboration with consultants and internal teams.
- Review and provide input on drawings, specifications, and tender documents; offer technical support and value-engineering recommendations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing construction contracts.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Review and ensure adherence to the Project Execution Plan, Risk Management Plan, Quality Plan, and BIM strategy.
- Supervise procurement schedules and manage communication matrices.
- Review tender documentation, validate the baseline schedule, and secure necessary statutory and stakeholder approvals.
- Coordinate the work of project engineers and oversee site activities.
- Approve interim payments to consultants and contractors; review and approve material submittals.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the approved Quality Plan.
- Monitor project schedules, risk registers, and contractual obligations.
- Manage change control processes and track key dates
- Close out all project documentation, contracts, and financial accounts.
