THE ROLE:

CityMortgage is seeking highly experiencedMortgage Consultantswith direct UAE banking experience in themortgage departmentor from a reputable UAE mortgage company.

The ideal candidate will be capable ofsourcing and compiling raw data of potential clients, includinghomeowners and offplan property buyers in Dubai, and providing this information to the sales team for appointment scheduling.

A strong command of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements is essential.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING:

• Minimum5 years of experiencein a UAE bank's mortgage division
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE mortgage products, policies, regulatory requirements, and approval processes
• Strong sales ability with proven skills in client acquisition and retention
• Expertise in bothresidential and commercialmortgage financing
• Professional clientmanagement skills with clarity, confidence, and discretion
• Excellent communication and a polished, clientfocused approach
• Commitment to performance, accuracy, and service excellence
• Ability to train and support the sales and customer care teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage qualified leads provided by CityMortgage
• Source potential client data for the customer care team
• Meet clients and deliver tailored mortgage solutions
• Coordinate with banks, underwriters, and internal departments
• Oversee the complete mortgage cycle from application to approval
• Maintain strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting standards, and compliance requirements

WHAT WE OFFER:

• AED 15,000 monthly salary
• Heavy commissionswith exceptional earning potential
• Flexibility for candidates who wish toretain their banking joband work with us on aparttime or contract basis

WORKING HOURS:

• 6day work week
• Parttime and contract arrangements are available for eligible candidates
