Sales Engineer - Lighting

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for lighting solutions in commercial, industrial, and residential markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and developers, to drive sales and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Provide clients with detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies and campaigns with market demands.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Deliver monthly sales reports and performance analysis to management.
- 3+ years of experience in lighting industry (Middle east)
- B.Tech degree / Any Graduate (must know about lighting products)
- Thorough knowledge of Lighting products
- Good communication skills
- Valid DL
- Candidate who familiar with these brands have an added advantage (Brands Thorn, Zumtobel, Reggiani, Led C4, Signify, Luceco, LED linear, Linea light)
