What are we expecting from you?
As part of the Middle East HR team, you will support the implementation of Learning & Development initiatives across the region:- Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning events
- Manage logistics including schedules, venues, and participant coordination
- Prepare and distribute training materials and resources
- Support the rollout of learning initiatives, onboarding programs, and employee engagement activities
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas of improvement
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and support reporting on key learning metrics
- Contribute to presentations and reports related to L&D performance and progress
- Support HR initiatives such as team engagement activities, ESG and DEI programs
- Coordinate workshops and contribute to the development of a regional engagement calendar
