Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel or resort
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and the ability to develop diverse, high-end culinary concepts
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Demonstrated success in menu engineering, food cost control, and inventory management
• Expertise in food presentation, modern plating techniques, and culinary trends
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire large culinary teams across multiple outlets
• In-depth understanding of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards
• Creative flair and awareness of global culinary trends to introduce innovative dining experiences
• Hands-on and detail-oriented approach with a collaborative leadership style
• Solid experience in vendor relations and procurement, ensuring consistent quality and cost efficiency
• Locally available in UAE for food trial
