SAP PaPM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and performance management processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support full-cycle implementations of SAP PaPM, including design, configuration, and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Design and model cost allocation, profitability analysis, and simulation scenarios within PaPM
• Perform testing, validation, and end-user training
• Optimize performance and scalability of PaPM models
• Support change requests, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
• Document solutions, processes, and configurations clearly and effectively

Key Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of overall SAP experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on SAP PaPM experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end implementation of SAP PaPM
• Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, profitability analysis, and performance management
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration with PaPM
• Experience with data modeling and formula functions in PaPM
• Proficiency in data integration from SAP and non-SAP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
