What You'll Do- Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers.
- Conduct market appraisals for listings.
- List properties on our CRM system Reapit.
- Qualify clients and arrange viewings.
- Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency.
- Keep record of properties, clients, and owners.
- A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
- A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
- Unlimited earning potential with commission starting from 50% and increasing based on performance.
- Regular incentives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
