Switchgear Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Switchgear Specialist to support LV/MV/HV/EHV switchgear operations across refinery facilities. The role focuses on condition monitoring, maintenance, failure analysis, and reliability improvement of critical electrical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance & health assessments on LV/MV/HV/EHV switchgear
- Conduct PD monitoring, mechanism checks, SF6 gas inspections
- Support shutdowns: busbar & bus duct inspections
- Manage spares, obsolescence, and EOL component replacements
- Prepare failure reports & technical recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years in switchgear (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Hyundai, Hyosung, L&T)
- Strong diagnostic & troubleshooting skills
- Experience with SAP PM/EAM preferred
