Marketing Manager - REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

PRIMARY PURPOSE

We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our company&aposs brand and services. In this role, you will be optimising our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department&aposs budget and staff, as well as preparing forecastles, focusing exclusively on enhancing our brand&aposs identity, equity, and market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.

Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.

Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Generating new business leads.

Increasing brand awareness and market share.

Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments

Developing and managing the marketing department&aposs budget.

Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.

Managing the marketing department&aposs staff.

Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar. A master&aposs degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.

Experience:

At least two years&apos experience as a marketing manager in Real Estate industry.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Skills and Competencies:

Real estate experience is a must.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Previous experience reporting to C-level executives.

Proven experience in customer and market research.
