Purpose of the function:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and promotional programs to promote our products and services and generate maximum awareness. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to apply them effectively to meet business objectives.
Main accountabilities:
In addition to the below-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) in line with brand guidelines for both digital and print applications.
- Capture and edit professional photo and video content for campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications, utilizing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visual excellence and alignment with corporate messaging.
- Support marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, web, email, and print, with tailored visuals and copy.
- Coordinate and manage participation in events and trade fairs, including booth setup, branding materials, and logistics planning.
- Ensure timely updates to the company website, managing content uploads, news, visuals, and product information to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- Assist sales teams by providing marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, promotional giveaways, and pre-qualification documents.
- Develop and manage a marketing content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and content aligned with business goals.
- Oversee supplier engagement for marketing services and materials, including vendor evaluation and negotiation to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Track and report on marketing performance, using analytics to optimize content, campaign ROI, and audience engagement.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of computer skills and experience with digital platforms, campaigns across multiple platforms, publishing software platform, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, professional-level PowerPoint skills design, etc.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
Basic knowledge on photography and videography, video editing basics are a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and fast learning capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop new and creative marketing and communications ideas and strategies
