What You Will Bring- Strategic Orientation: You&aposre a forward-thinker who can align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Senior HR Partnering: Demonstrated experience in an HR partnering role at a senior level, advising and collaborating with leadership.
- Initiative Design: A proven track record of designing and implementing successful HR initiatives that drive results.
- Solutions-Oriented Mindset: You&aposre adept at identifying challenges and developing practical, effective solutions.
- Experience: Four (4) years of progressive work experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Certifications: HR certifications such as SHRM or CIPD Level 5 are highly preferred. A Master&aposs degree in HR is a definite plus.
