Project Description
We are seeking one person to join our team to provide support services required for the initial phase of new employee deployments. Support services for already deployed employees.
The services are described below:
A. Deployment Support (only required for new deployments):- Support with visa processing and facilitation of initial administrative procedures, as well as support for the necessary procedures for the return to Spain of Isdefe employees who complete their stay in the Emirates.
- Provide information on procedures and document requirements for Isdefe employees and their families, updated in case of changes in local legislation.
- Accompaniment to the corresponding offices and facilities to obtain visa(s) by Arabic-speaking personnel.
- Management of payment of the costs, fees, and associated taxes for obtaining visas.
- Support with return procedures. For example, but not limited to: support/accompaniment in the search for and contracting of international transport logistics companies and customs clearance for moving, management of vehicle exports from the UAE to Spain, and procedures for finalizing contracts (rentals, bank accounts, water, electricity, gas supply contracts, etc.).
- Management of vehicle rental contracting and payment for a 100-day period
- Support with local driver&aposs license validation procedures and management of payment of costs, fees, and associated taxes.
- Management of payment of costs, insurance, and associated fees for the vehicle rental. The vehicle type will be Group B, a mid-range sedan or sedan.
- Housing search support: Advice on rental procedures and specifics in Abu Dhabi and recommended areas/neighborhoods, contact management with real estate agencies, and presentation of rental offers based on the needs of the displaced person and their family.
- Management of rental housing as a real estate broker
- Support for signing the rental contract for the home (new or renewed), and management of the advance payment of the annual rent (12 months), as well as associated fees and taxes (municipalities, etc.).
- Support for contracting mobile phone and internet access for the home, managing payment of costs, fees, and associated taxes.
- Management of contracting and payment of local health insurance
- Support for contracting local health insurance (for employees and, where applicable, family) with coverage to be defined by Isdefe, management of payment of costs, fees, and associated taxes.
- News Summary
- Weekly summary of local news relevant to the country&aposs security and the UAE Ministry of Defense.
- Partial use of office space in Abu Dhabi (on request)
- Meeting rooms for up to 12 people, support for meeting organization, and catering services if necessary.
- Internet access, a post office box, and printing services.
- Three temporary workstations with computers and telephone lines for up to 8 weeks (non-consecutive).
- Arabic-English translation services.
- Support for travel for Isdefe staff in the area and for Isdefe delegations in Abu Dhabi
- Car rental service with driver for travel between the airport and hotel (arrival and departure), as well as travel within Abu Dhabi or within the UAE to attend meetings, etc. (8 a.m.-10 p.m.). The vehicle type for these trips will be group B, a mid-range sedan or sedan, or a minivan, depending on the number of people traveling.
- Management of restaurant and/or other visit reservations.
Requisitos:
- Professional experience in which you have participated in a contract supporting staff deployed in the UAE.
- Professional experience in the field of legal regulations in the UAE (immigration, visa management, taxation, leasing regulations).
- Proficiency in Arabic. Level C1. If not the native language, official accreditation of the level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
- Proficiency in English. Level C1. If not the native language, official accreditation of the level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
