Job Title: Finishing QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures for finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, method statements, and approved shop drawings.
- Monitor finishing activities to ensure work is executed according to approved standards.
- Conduct material inspections for finishing materials (tiles, paint, gypsum boards, joinery, etc.).
- Perform site inspections and quality audits for finishing activities.
- Ensure all Inspection Requests (IRs) are properly submitted and approved.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
- Attend site inspections with consultants and clients.
- Ensure consultant comments are addressed and closed.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Ensure all works comply with local construction standards and project specifications.
