Forefront Realty is expanding its Abu Dhabi division, and we are looking for ambitious Real Estate Consultants to join our Off-Plan & Secondary Market teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage your own client pipeline.
- Convert leads into qualified buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market guidance.
- Negotiate and close property transactions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market opportunities.
- Work toward clear individual sales targets and KPIs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We want ambitious, commercially minded, and driven individuals who are serious about building a career in Abu Dhabi real estate.You should have:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills
- Real estate or proven sales experience preferred
- A proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- The ability to build relationships and generate business
- Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage
- ADREC certification/license is an advantage
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- We are building our Abu Dhabi division, not simply filling vacancies.
