About the Client:
A reputable trading firm in Abu Dhabi known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.
Job Description:
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients on inquiries, deliveries, and payment status.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM documentation.
Qualifications:
- Open to Asians, 40 and below
- At least 2 years UAE experience in sales coordination within the same industry/product line (piping)
- Strong knowledge of quotation preparation, LPO processing, and sales documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel required) and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar preferred)
