We are seeking a detail-orientedOqood Compliance Executiveto oversee regulatory compliance, documentation, and financial tracking for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations with ADREC/DLD systems while maintaining accurate records for payments, registrations, and escrow allocations.
Key Responsibilities- Manageregistrations, permits, and regulatory compliancefor real estate projects (ADREC/DLD).
- Monitor petty cash and payments within the Authority Department.
- UploadTAS allocationsin the DLD/Oqood system and maintain project-specific ledgers.
- Prepare and submit payment clearances to the Finance Department.
- Maintain records forregistration paymentsandescrow allocationsper project.
- Oversee property documentation, permitting, and real estate registration processes.
- Education:Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience:12 years in administration or real estate (preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)and Office Suite.
- Familiarity withTAS (Trust Account System)and DLD/Oqood platforms.
- Knowledge:UAE regulatory frameworks and real estate processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
