Senior Façade Designer

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

• Lead the design and development of facade systems including curtain walls, unitized systems, structural glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, and bespoke architectural features.
• Oversee the preparation of concept designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and detailed installation drawings.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design feasibility, compliance, and constructability.
• Conduct structural, thermal, and acoustic assessments and ensure that designs comply with local and international codes and standards.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 7+ years of specialized experience in facade design, especially aluminium and glass systems and strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
• Expertise in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit, SolidWorks, Rhino, or 3D modelling software is an advantage with proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver on tight deadlines

Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
