Vice President – Asset Management Strategy

We are partnering with a leading financial institution to appoint a Vice President – Asset Management Strategy to play a key role in shaping and executing the organisation's investment strategy.

This senior leadership position will be responsible for driving portfolio performance, strategic asset allocation, and investment decision-making across a diverse investment platform. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify market opportunities, optimize investment outcomes, and contribute to the long-term growth of the asset management business.

• Develop and execute asset management and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee portfolio performance and strategic asset allocation decisions.
• Evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio risks.
• Collaborate with senior management and investment teams to drive investment outcomes.
• Monitor and enhance portfolio performance through disciplined investment processes.
• Lead strategic initiatives designed to improve investment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and support the continued growth of the asset management platform.

• 10+ years experience within asset management, investment management, or portfolio management.
• Demonstrable experience managing investment portfolios and making investment decisions.
• Strong experience in US Equities is essential; exposure to China Equities is advantageous.
• Proven track record managing stocks and delivering investment performance.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment strategy.
• CFA Charterholder (or CFA Level III completed) required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
