Job Description

Length Six month fixed term contract (likely to extend)

Qualifications & Skills:

• MUST have own visa and insurance the company will not provide these
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a
• related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Team player with a proactive mindset

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors during onboarding, ensuring all documentation is
• complete and up to date
• Maintain the central repository for supplier contracts, risk assessments, and
• compliance trackers
• Update and manage scorecards, performance trackers, and vendor
• assessments
• Support the due diligence process by liaising with internal functions (IT Tech,
• Compliance,Legal)
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for clarifications, missing
• documents, or approvals
• Help prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items for
• vendor service review meetings
• Monitor contract expiry dates, renewal timelines, and service delivery SLAs
• Assist in data entry, document control, and generating basic reports from
• Excel or shared tools
• Support ad hoc procurement requests and internal process documentation

About the Role:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive who will support the Supply Chain &

Vendor Governance Lead in managing day-to-day operational and administrative

tasks related to vendor onboarding, procurement, risk tracking, and compliance.
