Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead a large-scale hiring project for a leading hospitality group in Dubai.

This role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment strategy and delivery across multiple operational departments, ensuring the successful attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-calibre talent across hospitality, F&B, guest services, retail, and front-of-house functions.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing recruitment delivery at scale while building talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.

This is a 12 month contract renewable

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee high-volume recruitment campaigns across hospitality operations, including F&B, culinary, room service, guest relations, concierge, front office, retail, and customer-facing functions.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and department heads to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies aligned to operational requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and direct sourcing activities.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support future hiring requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery against hiring targets.
  • Lead recruitment planning for large-scale hiring initiatives, seasonal demand, and business expansion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and employer branding guidelines.
  • Act as a key escalation point for hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners throughout the hiring process.
  • Support and mentor recruiters within the project team, driving best practice and recruitment excellence.
Key Requirements
  • 5 + years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment projects within hospitality, hotels, F&B, retail, aviation, customer service, or other high-volume operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
  • Experience managing recruitment delivery against aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
