We are a fast-growing perfume startup seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Procurement Executive to manage the day-to-day operations, supply chain, vendor relations, lab coordination, and fragrance mixology processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth procurement, timely production, and operational excellence while supporting the creative development of our unique perfume line.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Lab Coordination:
- Oversee daily operational activities including order processing, warehousing, logistics, and inventory control.
- Coordinate with internal and external perfume labs for testing, quality control, and product development timelines.
- Supervise mixing, bottling, and labeling activities ensuring consistency and compliance with formulation standards.
-Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance in all lab-related operations.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for fragrance oils, raw materials, bottles, caps, packaging, and branding elements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors and service providers.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend improvements to procurement strategy and budgeting.
Logistics & Distribution:
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics including customs clearance, documentation, and delivery scheduling.
- Ensure optimal stock levels at warehouse and retail points and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Provide regular updates on stock levels, procurement status, and production timelines.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and retail teams to ensure readiness for launches and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and procurement (perfume, FMCG, or luxury goods preferred).
- Experience in mixology or fragrance lab coordination is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Valid UAE driving license – mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.

Salary: AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Additional benefits: Car allowance
