JOB TITLE: Coordinator - Quality
Key Responsibilities- Assist in updating database for all project documents related to Quality. Log all incoming documents from the various projects, categorize them and then forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
- Assist in generating reports on all inspection activities carried out and prepare forecasts for the coming week/month.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Maintain work procedures, issue transmittals as and when work procedures are changed.
- Assist in preparing and modifying work procedures, quality manual and quality handbook.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Provide required administrative support to all employees related to Quality documents and Procedures, based on site.
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant experience in EPC industry.
