Role Description
We are seeking acreative and detail-oriented Photographer / Videographerto join our Sustainable City branch. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on producing high-quality visual content for property listings, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing compelling photos and videos of residential properties, editing and post-producing content, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all visual assets align with the Dynasty brand and marketing strategy.
Job Role- Capture high-qualityproperty photography(interiors, exteriors, lifestyle shots)
- Shoot and editproperty walkthrough videos, reels, and short-form marketing content
- Edit photos and videos for listings, social media, websites, and advertisements
- Ensure all visual content aligns withcompany branding and quality standards
- Coordinate with agents and marketing team for scheduled shoots
- Manage, maintain, and handle photography and videography equipment
- Organize, store, and archive digital assets efficiently
- Assist with creative ideas for social media and property marketing content
- Drone photography/videography (if licensed) is an added advantage
- Strong photography skills (composition, lighting, framing, property styling)
- Videography and editing experience using tools such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Lightroom / Photoshop (preferred)
- Understanding ofreal estate photography and videography trends
- Ability to create engaging, story-driven visual content
- Basic knowledge of color correction, video formatting, and audio editing
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with drones is a plus (RTA/DCAA compliance preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is mandatory
