Travel Manager

Job Description

Miral Experiences is looking for a highly organized and strategic Travel Manager to lead our corporate travel category across Miral Experiences and Miral Destinations. This pivotal role will oversee travel policies, vendor management, travel systems, and stakeholder engagement to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and seamless travel experiences for our teams.

As a Travel Manager, you will:

• Own and manage travel policy application and compliance.
• Analyze travel spend and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on travel and expense management tools.
• Lead vendor relationships and performance through KPIs and SLAs.
• Train employees on systems and processes while ensuring a smooth end-user experience.
• Serve as the key liaison between Procurement, Finance, HR, and external partners.
• Monitor and enforce travel and expense policies.
• Drive reporting, data accuracy, and spend analytics.
• Support and optimize our travel management system.
• Lead communications and coordination with travel providers.
• Champion process improvement and project management in the travel space.

• Minimum 5 years in corporate travel management.
• Expertise in travel and expense management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement and vendor negotiation is a plus.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
• Customer-service orientation with a positive, proactive approach.
