A leading technology company is actively recruiting a sales account manager to be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Main responsibilities
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned clients in the UAE and GCC.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
- Work closely with the technical teams to ensure the proposal matches the customer's requirements and budget.
- Stay up to date with regional healthcare initiatives and digital transformation programs in the healthcare sector within the GCC region.
Requirements
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, biomedical engineering, or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of sales experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on HIS and digital health solutions in the UAE/GCC.
- Experience in government tenders, RFPs, and health sector procurement processes.
- Proven success in selling to ministries of health, healthcare authorities, and large private healthcare groups.
- Strong understanding of health informatics, clinical workflows, and public health IT systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
