Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with hematologic disorders such as anemia, coagulopathies, and hematologic malignancies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and current best practices
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including blood tests and bone marrow biopsies
- Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle considerations
- Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in hematology to enhance clinical practice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records complying with healthcare regulations
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization or relevant experience in Hematology
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably in Sharjah
- Experience in diagnosing and managing hematologic disorders
- Proficient in performing diagnostic procedures related to hematology
- Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
