The Development Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of real estate projects in Dubai, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery from design through completion.
This role demands strong design expertise, project leadership, and collaboration with consultants and authorities to drive successful development outcomes.

Description- Lead and coordinate the planning and design process for all developments, working closely with architects, engineers, and planners to ensure innovative and compliant designs.
- Manage projects through from concept and approvals to procurement, construction, and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Conduct technical and design reviews to maintain high standards and compliance with Dubai's building regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and external agencies to secure permits, approvals, and coordinate stakeholder requirements.
- Support sales and marketing teams by aligning design elements with market positioning and tenant needs.
- Monitor project risks, schedules, and costs, collaborating with legal and procurement teams to control variations and payments.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture, engineering, or real estate development, with 10 years of relevant experience including at least 3 years management experience working on the developer side.
They will possess excellent design literacy, project management skills, and a deep understanding of Dubai's building codes and regulatory processes.
