Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager focusing on EV Chargers in the Abu Dhabi region. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential clients, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for EV charging solutions.Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying trends, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with market demands and ensure client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- A valid driving license is required
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Confident, professional appearance with excellent client-facing abilities

Qualifications- Strong business acumen and proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of the EV charging industry, renewable energy, and familiarity with AC/DC charging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders across various levels.
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in analyzing market trends and developing growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development technologies.
- Prior experience in the Middle East market or infrastructure-related industries is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and internationally as required.
