What You Will Be Doing

The Team Leader is tasked with building and nurturing the sales team, managing sales operations, and implementing strategies that enable the business to consistently achieve and exceed its goals.

• Direct the management and optimization of the sales team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and solidify our presence.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively managing the team and assessing their strengths and weaknesses.
• Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and update financial records.
• Motivate and direct the Sales agents to meet financial targets.
• Provide specialist information, guidance, and advice to customers through excellent customer service to resolve queries.
• Ensure effective sales achievements by sourcing quality deals from various channels.
• Conduct comprehensive data collection and analysis to identify key insights and develop effective solutions that align with business requirements.

• Communication skills: Explains or presents factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way.
• Negotiation skills: Must possess the ability to communicate and influence others to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
• Sales orientation: Has the ability to persuade others to accept products, services or ideas in order to meet a specific need.

• Bachelors degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Credit Card / Personal Loans business.
