Job Description

You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and installation teams to guarantee the successful execution of faade projects.

• Supervise and manage the installation of faade systems on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and laborers to ensure seamless execution of faade installation
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate installation of faade components
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
• Prepare daily reports summarizing progress, challenges, and resolutions to share with project management
• Act as a liaison between site personnel and project management to communicate updates and address concerns

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 10-12+ years of experience in site engineering with a focus on faade installation
• Strong understanding of faade systems, construction practices, and relevant building codes
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively under pressure
