Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern – Account Executive to join our team and support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across a portfolio of high-profile brands in the UAE.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, working across strategy, creative, digital, social, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client servicing
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, contact reports, and follow-ups
• Take clear and structured meeting notes and track action items
• Help coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, social, production)

• Assist in the rollout of integrated campaigns (digital, social, on-ground, content)
• Support content calendars and asset tracking, especially for social media
• Ensure timely delivery of assets by following up with internal teams
• Conduct basic quality control of deliverables before client sharing

• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research
• Support the team with cultural insights, especially within the UAE/GCC context
• Gather inspiration, trends, and references for campaigns

• Support in building client presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Structure content clearly and visually, beyond simple copy-paste
• Assist with case studies, credentials, and internal documents

• Maintain trackers (timelines, deliverables, status updates)
• Manage assets and files across projects
• Support with basic project admin (briefs, approvals, documentation)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and formats
• Ability to structure information clearly, especially in presentations
• Positive attitude with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment

• Interest in branding, advertising, and storytelling
• Awareness of UAE culture and audience nuances
• Basic design sensibility and understanding of visual quality

• Exposure to high-profile brands across tourism, lifestyle, and real estate
• Hands-on experience in integrated campaigns from brief to execution
