We're hiring | Real Estate Investment Analyst Hospitality (Private Equity)
We are working with a highly regarded private equity real estate fund to appoint an Investment Analyst with 12 years experience, specialising in hospitality investments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to institutional-grade hospitality transactions in the UAE, working closely with senior investment professionals across the full deal lifecycle.
The Role
You will support the investment team across:
- Financial modelling and valuation of hospitality assets and platforms
- Investment underwriting, market research and feasibility analysis
- Preparation of investment memoranda and IC materials
- Due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, legal, technical)
- Ongoing asset management and performance analysis
- Interaction with operators, advisors and capital partners
- 12 years experience in real estate private equity, investment banking
- Clear exposure to hospitality, leisure or operational real estate
- Strong financial modelling and Excel capability
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded
- Motivated, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced PE environment
