• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon their arrival.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on our food and beverage offerings, making recommendations where appropriate.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring correct presentation.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and grace.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure a smooth and seamless service.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably within a high-end restaurant or hotel environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
• A strong customer-first focus with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• A professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
