Job Description

H&S Real Estate is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven HR-Recruiter Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and hire qualified candidates via job portals, recruitment websites, andmost importantlyby making a minimum of 20 daily calls to prospective candidates, particularly those currently working in the real estate sector.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Issue offer letters to selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate employment contracts and recruitment documentation.

Please note: This position is purely recruitment-focused. HR administration and employee relations are handled by another team member.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in real estate or a similar industry).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
• Immediate joiner required
