At Emirates Investment Bank, we are looking to hire across various critical functions of the bank to start with us in a full-time employment, with an opportunity to get enrolled for training program at the Emirates Institute of Finance. This 6-month program equips and empowers the next generation of specialised bankers with a structured learning journey, international qualifications, hands-on projects, and ongoing coaching and mentoring.On completion of this program, you will continue working with the Bank in your full-time employment role.
The programme consists of three phases:
Foundation Phase: Covers fundamental Banking knowledge.
Specialisation Phase: Focuses on training relevant to Project Management domain. This phase also includes mentoring, coaching support, and skill enhancement training.
Certification Phase: Involves obtaining international professional certifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support project tracking, and coordination across project initiatives
- Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, and project artefacts
- Coordinate meetings, track action items and deliverables
- Liaise with business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Support UAT, project implementation, and post‑go‑live issue tracking
- Contribute to change management activities such as communications and training
Qualification & Experience:
- UAE National with a Family Book
- A bachelor's degree in any major is suitable, though a specialization in Banking and Finance is preferred.
- GPA 2.7+
- Graduates from 2024 onwards
- Fresher or with less than 1 year experience
- Fluent in English
- National Service must be completed for male candidates
Preferred:
- Qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, computer science, or Information Systems
- Good academic foundation in analysis & problem‑solving
- Exposure to MS Office suite application (Excel, Power BI, SQL basics)
