Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Ajman. The Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting products, preparing quotations, and closing deals with new and existing customers.
The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer packaging needs, and recommending appropriate branded paper and plastic products. The Sales Representative will coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities also include maintaining an updated sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and representing Dupak.ae at client meetings, industry visits, and relevant events.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage leads, track opportunities, and generate reports.
  • Ability to understand product specifications, pricing structures, and production timelines to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple opportunities at once.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative on-site team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE region are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE work authorization and willingness to work on-site in Ajman and travel locally for client meetings as needed.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with strong experience.
