• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and efficiency
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks
• Oversee transportation management (land, sea, and air freight)
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and trade laws
• Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
• Lead a team of logistics professionals and warehouse staff
• Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage budgets, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies

• Bacheloru2019s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred)
• 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in logistics/supply chain management
• Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS)
• Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and import/export regulations
• Proven experience in freight forwarding and 3PL management
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
• Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CILT) are a plus
• Fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous)
