Currently in the process of expanding our team, we're now looking for a Junior Operations & Marketing Coordinator to assist with recruitment, support business operations, and help organise events. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is attentive to detail, eager to learn, and interested in global Tech businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks across different business units
  • Assist in managing schedules, candidate databases, and project tracking tools
  • Coordinate with recruitment consultants on candidate and client data updates
  • Contribute to process improvement by helping streamline workflows and documentation
  • Assist in event operations and partnership deliverables where required
  • Research market trends, companies, and talent within the Web3/blockchain sector
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the leadership team and global offices
Requirements
  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Impressive exposure to social media (management), blogging. An interest in AI tools would be highly advantageous
  • Highly extroverted and confident communicator - comfortable attending conferences and side events, proactively approaching new people, initiating conversations, and building meaningful industry connections on behalf of the company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in blockchain, Web3, AI or emerging technologies is a big plus
  • Prior experience in operations, admin, or internship roles is advantageous but not required
