About the Job
We are currently seeking a guest-oriented Telephone Operator who will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to guest inquiries, and maintain high guest satisfaction.
As a Telephone Operator, you will take and distribute messages for guests, provide information on services and answer inquiries about public hotel events
About You- High school diploma or GED.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and skills -communication and listening
- Basic computer proficiency
- Preferably having experience in a customer service role, minimum of 2 years
