Employment: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the sales team of our client which is one of the leading property developers in the UAE. The role is based in Dubai HQ. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our market presence in the competitive property development sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role within the property development, brokerage or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
