About The Role

We're seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional to lead client prospecting and business development. This commission-only role is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with design-conscious clients, spotting opportunities in both residential and commercial markets, and building relationships that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients, including interior designers, architects, retailers, and direct consumers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Initiate conversations that highlight the value of contemporary, design-led furniture solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from prospecting to closing.
  • Track and report prospecting activities, ensuring consistent follow-through and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with clients in a polished, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales, design, and business development.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
  • Experience in prospecting or sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or design industries) is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-only environment.
