ATHOOR is a leading event furniture rental company in Dubai, supporting clients across the UAE with premium furniture, event lounge setups, majlis concepts, exhibition furnishings, and event styling solutions for hospitality, corporate, private, and experiential projects.We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, energetic, and market-savvy Sales Executives / BDEs who can win business, build relationships, and help grow ATHOOR's presence across the UAE.
Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting new business across B2B and B2C channels, handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities, preparing quotations and proposals, conducting client meetings and site visits, and coordinating closely with operations to ensure smooth project handover and closure.This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of the events market, enjoys client interaction, and knows how to move opportunities from inquiry to confirmed order.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & New Business- Generate new business through field sales, networking, cold outreach, referrals, digital leads, and relationship building
- Identify and pursue opportunities across event agencies, corporates, hotels, wedding planners, production houses, exhibition companies, and direct end clients
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and repeat clients
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and social channels
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new meetings and opportunities
- Qualify leads effectively by understanding event requirements, budgets, dates, venues, style preferences, and scope
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Present ATHOOR's furniture solutions, event packages, and upsell options
- Follow up consistently and close orders within target timelines
- Support pricing discussions and negotiation within approved commercial parameters
- Attend client meetings, site inspections, venue visits, and project briefings
- Understand venue conditions, event requirements, and operational feasibility before confirming orders
- Build confidence with clients through responsiveness, product knowledge, and solution-oriented sales
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure order clarity and smooth execution
- Support collection follow-ups where required
- Maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after project delivery
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and account records in CRM/ERP systems
- Update enquiry logs, quotation status, pipelines, and follow-up trackers
- Report weekly on targets, lead movement, closures, and challenges

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the UAE. Preferably in the furniture/furniture rentals industry.
- Prior experience in events, exhibitions, hospitality, furniture, rentals, activations, fit-out, interiors, or related project-based sales strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of CRM / ERP systems, preferably Zoho, Odoo, SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Strong proposal, quotation, and follow-up management skills
- Good Excel / reporting skills
- Understanding of basic commercial terms, payment terms, and sales documentation
- Ability to coordinate internally across operations, accounts, and project teams
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Own car is preferred, but not mandatory
- Fluent and well spoken English skills is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be very presentable and confident in client-facing roles
- Flexible to travel across Dubai and other Emirates for meetings and site visits
