About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and target-focused Business Development Executive to join our team. The right candidate will have experience in staffing and recruitment, a strong network, and a good understanding of the UAE market. The role involves bringing in new clients, maintaining relationships, and supporting revenue growth through tailored recruitment and outsourcing solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in staffing, recruitment, and outsourcing.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR and procurement teams.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for EOR services.
• Conduct market research on potential clients and industry trends.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Work with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain updated records of activities through CRM tools.

• 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in recruitment or outsourcing (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Good understanding of staffing models, including permanent, contract, and outsourcing.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.
