As a Site Administrator at ALEC Joinery, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth administrative operations on-site. From managing documentation and scheduling to supporting procurement, HR, and logistics, you'll be the backbone of site coordinationensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
About Your Team
You'll report to the General Manager and work closely with various site departments including production, procurement, and HR. You'll act as the central communication point between the site team, management, and external stakeholders, supporting operational efficiency across the joinery factory.
Your Role
As a Site Administrator, you will:
- Maintain and update all site-related documentation and records in an organized and timely manner
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for site activities
- Coordinate communication between site teams, suppliers, and the head office
- Track attendance, manage timesheets, and monitor leave records for site staff
- Support procurement and logistics functions by tracking deliveries and maintaining inventory records
- Coordinate site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE standards
- Manage office supplies, scheduling, and administrative needs of the site
- Assist with any ad hoc administrative tasks and provide direct support to the General Manager
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in administrative or site coordination roles, preferably in a manufacturing, joinery, or construction setting
- Knowledge: Site documentation, attendance tracking, procurement support, basic reporting
- Expertise: MS Office Suite, internal communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination
